Key Partners

In the process of creating I will need to partner with Amazon, Walmart, and the Leather seller so I can get these items. In the process of delivering I will also team up with a moving truck, with all these stores, to sell my product at my store. Since I will be getting a lot more products from Walmart they will have a bigger share or percent of my company. They will probably have somewhere between 10 and 30 percent. Amazon will get a little less of the percentage, they will probably get 1 to 10 percent. The leather company will get probably 10 percent of the company because I aim getting a lot from them too. What they are helping me get. Walmart- Super glue and Zippers Amazon- Soles Leather Company- Leather

Key Activities

First I will order the products and assemble the product. Then I will start to pass and put out flyers and posters ahead of time so people will want them badly because of the anticipation. I will give 20 away and tell them to spread the word of how they are awesome. Once the word is around I will start selling and earning revenue. Once I earn the revenue back I will keep doing my business and progress. Everyday I will have a schedule to run my business. Since in the future I will be buying a manufacturing unit/store I won't have to make the product for long by hand. Everyday I will have some employees working on and at my store and unit so I don't have to do as much work. Day to day I will be working on making new ways to make my project better and when I am not doing this I will be working with Amazon and Walmart so I can make sure that I get the products that I need to make my product. Every week I will be working with my employees and try to find ways to make my product better, and when I am not doing this I will find more ways to make my employees work harder and ways too make more money. I will do these by having an employee of the month and will make my own products in the future. Month to month I will be doing all of these things still but will work more on getting my necessities from Walmart and Amazon so I can be sure to get my shipments on time. We do many things to add values to our customers. Some examples of these are we put all of our items on sale at certain points so they will want to buy more of our product. We will also give value to our customers by having raffles monthly (depending on sales) so we can gain more business.

Value Proposition

Value Proposition This is important to people because it helps them lighten their load for when they ever go somewhere they don’t have to carry shoes everywhere. This product is special, or useful, since everyone can have as many as they want or need and since they are amazingly built. This is valuable because they are unlike any shoe ever. Not only is it special and amazing, it is also a great product to have because it’s special and unique.

Customer Relationships

Customer Relationship

Acquiring Customers (First time customers) For these customers I will have my employees be really nice in the stores and give some sales so they will want to come again. Retain Customers (Keeping customers) for these customers I will do the same as my acquiring customers and have a 5 percent off coupon if they give us their number so we can text them our new products and so they can stay in the loop. Both I will make credibility with both my acquiring and Retain customers by being loyal, having a great quality item, and by being reliable. I will be loyal and be reliable by saying if they are not the ones they liked or broken I will give them brand new ones (some restrictions apply here). I will give them a great quality item by using the best items to make the shoes. Although they may become more expensive they are worth it. I will have traction by starting up the company with a sale of the first 20 people get one free. I will also market my product by giving flyers to everyone.

I will also buy KANEIJI Shoe Replacement Rubber Out Sole, Different Colors,4mm Thickness, one Pair (Natural) for $9.98. This is all I will need. 3 Gorilla 7700104 Super Glue Gel, 1-Pack= about $20 counting shipping. Building: I will be creating these myself because I don’t want to spend outrages prices for someone to make them for my customers.. Market: I will let people know about this product by spreading flyers, talking about it on the media, and more. I will sell these for 50 dollars each for every kind (guys and girls). Delivery: I will spend less than 17 dollars on shipping and will spend a couple of dollars in gas to take them from the building center to the place where I sell them. Questions to ask and answer: Which Key Resources are most expensive? This is the stores/ Warehouse. Although I can not have this till the future of my company it will help me a lot. Which Key Activities are most expensive? I think this is going to be the raffles. I think this because it could be a lot but since I made it close to monthly it will not be so bad. What are List your fixed costs (Links to an external site.) It is about 50 (46$) dollars to make each pair. So to start my business I have to make a couple of shoes so probably 2,000$ (1,840$) for just this. I will ned transportation to get from one place to another which will be covered by amazon and myself depending on the location and how much it may cost. I will also need items to create this which will cost about 100$. I will need to start off with about 2,500$ (2,340$) just in case I need anything else along the way. What are your variable costs - (specific costs and totals) As the business grows I will change the shoes prices from 50 dollars to 75 dollars so I can gain a better profit. I will also buy my own delivering truck so I can deliver things myself. I will do more but at the moment this is all I am going to do. List Cost Driven-Expenses - (specific costs and totals) I will do this when starting my business so my customers see the low prices and say they want to buy it. Once they buy it they could like it and write reviews which will make other people want to buy this product. List Value Driven Expenses- (specific costs and totals) This will happen in the future and I will ramp the prices by producing less so they can be a low quantity. This will make people want my product even more than they want it now. Economies of Scale and Scope: How will you achieve this? I will make my product limited throughout my business so everyone will want it and there will not be many so I can get a lot more money. I will also have many kinds of shoes so if they want the limited shoes and they can't get them they may want another pair. I will make a little by not making not too many so my customers will want everything.

Revenue Streams

  • Revenue Streams

Revenue Streams

How will you generate money? I will make 60 dollars for every shoe sold. Even if it is a guy’s or girl’s shoe it costs 60 dollars. I will take the money in cash, debit, credit, and venmo. I will take the money once they take the shoes. Once the time frame of them returning it is over I will take the money and invest into the company. 1) Detail the ways you will make revenue/profit with your product or service. I will make these with my product by selling it so my customers can have what they want and so I can have the money. 2) Discuss the specifics of the types of revenue streams you will offer. I will gain money for my revenue streams by selling my product in many ways. I will set giveaways so some people will get some for free monthly and then they can spread the word around about why others should buy my product. I will also give away my product first thing so they can spread word about it. 3) Answer the 4 main questions asked in the business model Canvas. How will you charge? I will charge by taking cash, debit, credit, or venmo. All of the prices of my shoes will be 60 dollars. Each pair is 60 dollars. This will be a one-time fee. This is an asset sale. Who will you charge? I will charge my customers by cash, debit, credit, or venmo. They will pay me 60 dollars for each pair of shoes. I will charge users vs. advertisers. I will charge for real time so I can change my price depending on customers. How will you price? I will price by looking at how much I made the shoe for and then add some profit to that. Almost all shoes are 60 dollars. Who will you price? I will price my customers so I can gain profit and so they can have my product. 4) Choose the pricing strategy that makes the most sense for your business I will price at a real time pricing so if my customers want a certain product I can raise the prices and get more money.

Brainstorming Space

  • I could work on trucks and trailers. I could also work on shoes. I narrowed down to shoes. I decided that some people hate changing shoes so I decided to make shoes that can become another pair of shoes.
  • I could make shoes that can flip into another shoe
  • I could make an app that turns on trailer lights
  • I could do anything that is under trailers or shoes
  • Ideate about the future.
