Themed party

I think a good event (party) would make a lot of revenue and also help brand ourselves.

This will look good in the public as it will help us gain trust because of our idea of promoting future talent

Music Show

Battle of the Bands
Falls under the same category as Fashion show, it will help create a good name for us as we are helping promote talent

Basketball
This can help bridge connections between local teams because it will allow skilled players to stand out. And there are possibilities for sponsors.

Age group between 18-28

Will vary as it will be acceptable for younger years to participate in competitions but not in over 18 events

School students and parents

Especially in competitions such as football and basketball, it would be great to see parents supporting. There for making it accessible will be essential as it could be a family outing.

Undergraduates and Graduates.

A lot of student try new things and learning skills that they can put to use, such as in the fashion shows.

Musical artists

They can show there musical talent in the talent shows, battle of the bands and even in parties. DJ.

Families or groups of student

As some parents are unaware of great holiday places in in UK. We could provide them the service or arranging a good holiday.

Small scale businesses in Nepal

I believe that helping one aspect will not make much difference. It needs support form other aspects. I community with a well running business will be able to succeed in more. However small the business is, as long it can provide the necessity.

Having connections to host the event is very important

Getting a few officials to officiate the tournaments will be necessary.

Would be easy to spread the news and links

Radio

Cost-
Great way to each out to the parents.

We could make a promotional video.
Cost: none, unless paid actor

Voice recording

Now a days, websites such as 'sound cloud' or even possible to air it in the radio, this allows us to share music and audio files that we have created. I think with a well script and very little cost, we can promote events through these websites.

Cost of renting the event site

Will be especially high for the Parties/ club

Sound system

It is pretty expensive to rent a good sound system.

Officials and Stewards

request trained officials and stewards.

Prizes

Should be covered by entrance or participation fee

There will be a considerable amount of cost for the publicity. Small amounts for each but it will total up.

This is also a risky idea that may be costly at the beginning.

Revenue Streams

  1. What are your revenue streams?
Tickets

Especially for the Parties, although there needs to be a good turn out to make it work. It may gradually increase.

Entrance fee for the competitions

I think the entrance fee will make up a lot for the prizes and the cost of running it. But once again, it will need to be a good turn out

Holiday

I think planning their holiday as a package will be very benefiting for the client. We will treat each client as individuals, working on their holiday specially for their preferences.

The prices will be convenient for the customer

The key is that it will be cheaper than in the central Cities.

Deposits

I think a deposits needs to be set. This can guarantee their priority.
