Do they prefer extensive customer service?They prefer when they can text our number and get an easy response compared to businesses with generalized strict business hours. Basic transaction with no follow up?They buy our purchase and the only reason we should see them again after the repair is if there is an issue with the order. Warranties?We offer a 30 day warranty after the purchase and if anything goes wrong internally with the phone that is not due to their fault we can cover it.
