Customer Relationships

  1. Your customer relationships?

Relationship with students: automated, they get recommendations and links to classes from our AI
Relationship with teachers: much more long-term as they sign up to have a profile on the site so more students can keep finding them

Customer Segments

  1. Customer Segments
Students

Students learning from home: this is currently nearly all students, because of the pandemic.
Any student with internet access and a computer can use our web app.
Students will sign up because they need to find a teacher giving online lessons in their subjects.
Many will be from disadvantaged backgrounds/underfunded schools: their schools are struggling, and they can't afford tutors
