To satisfy the growing interest of Deadstock, Limited Release, and Custom shoes in the Sneakerhead Community, but for a price more affordable as compared to competitors.
Deadstock shoes are shoes that are new and may never have been touched before.
Limited Release shoes are shoes that have been released in a very select amount of cities and stores, and in those select stores a limited number of each size were released; 1-2 pairs to be exact.
Custom shoes are those that may have been designed by any individual ranging from the normal sneakerhead to athletes, actors, or other celebrities.
These categories of shoes tend to be offered at higher prices in sneaker boutiques, and on websites where you are able to purchase them.

You Love Shoes? ShoeWave Loves You!
We want to interact personally with our customers. We'll try to become as close with them as possible, especially those that are seen on the regular.
Staying in touch with those who make frequent smaller purchases and those who make less frequent larger purchases will be our first priority.
We do however understand that everyone isn't as fortunate enough to purchase shoes when they would like to in this day and age, especially at the rates competitors and the industry as a whole are offering these rare and retro shoes.

Customer Segments
Teens to Tweens to Oldheads to Everything in Between
ShoeWave will create value for teenagers and young adults mainly, ranging from the ages of 13-25, but will also cater to those who may still be interested in rare and retro sneakers ages 25 and up.
Our most important targeted and valued customers are those who have a desire or passion for buying, collecting, trading, and reselling shoes. (Essentially sneakerheads)

Operating the ShoeWave
The most important costs are maintaining inventory, by making sure it is constantly coming in and going out at a steady pace.
Monitoring the Ebay store page will be expensive because of the fees they charge you for insertion. Rent expense when we have a storefront will also be one of our largest expenses, next to managing wages.
